Wholistic Integrative Wellness Programs


An initial consultation, which lasts 60 minutes, begins with an extensive client interview, including a health and personal history, a detailed symptomatic review, a health appraisal analysis, and short- and long-term goals. After a comprehensive evaluation, a personalized wellness program is developed incorporating a variety of methods such as nutrition, dietary and lifestyle modification, vitamin and herbal therapy, detoxification, glandular support, yoga and other physical modalities, cognitive-behavioral tools, stress management, and relaxation techniques. Wholistic Integrative Wellness programs are designed to educate, develop strategies, and provide options for optimum results.


When appropriate, referrals will be made to another healthcare professional whose expertise or specialty may be appropriate. At Wholistic Integrative Wellness, we strive to integrate complementary approaches to health and to work collaboratively in order to provide optimum results.


Follow-up consultations are advised as needed.

Wholistic Integrative Wellness Emotional Brain Training


Emotional Brain Training is a developmental skills program developed to assist in learning to nurture and set limits from within. Acquiring these skills contributes to a long-term solution to stress and stress-related health issues. Practicing these skills retrains the feeling brain, the center of emotions, pleasure drives, and stress, to favor personal balance and results in lasting improvements in health and happiness.

Stress-related behavioral symptoms, such as overeating, overspending, overworking, smoking, drinking, and relationship problems, diminish from repeated use of these learned skills. External solutions like people pleasing, rescuing others, putting up walls, avoidance, and over-thinking are replaced with integration, balance, healthy engagement, intimacy, and vibrancy.


Emotional Brain Training was developed at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine after more than 25 years of study.
